Typically we do not charge up-front fees and only are compensated for our services once money is recovered on your behalf. However, for complex matters or services that go beyond typical collections, we will need to bill you accordingly. You will ultimately decide if you wish to proceed and there are never any hidden costs.
WHY IT WORKS
We have spent many years developing our unique and proprietary collection methodology. Some twenty years ago, we approached large public companies involved in the gaming industry to assist them with their Canadian and International collections.
These collections often required specialized due diligence in locating the debtors and finding assets capable of satisfying the debt. Furthermore, many of these cases involved enforcing foreign judgements and other complex legal manoeuvring.
From this experience we developed an unparalleled network of contacts in many various disciplines. Our success rate with these initial clients was such that to this day we continue to assist them in their debt recovery. From these early days we have perfected our methodology and now count companies from numerous other industries as clients.
While we will not disclose exactly how our collection methodology works, we can tell you that it entails many proprietary elements culminating in allowing us to locate the debtor and ensuring that they have ample resources to satisfy the debt.
We are keenly aware that having a debt or even a judgement means nothing unless you can collect your money.
